  5. To request the rectification of any incomplete or inaccurate data,
  6. To request the erasure/destruction of your personal data under the conditions referred to in Article 7 of PDPL,
  7. To request reporting of the operations carried out pursuant to sub-paragraphs (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,

  9. To claim compensation for the damage arising from your personal data being processed contrary to PDPL.

 

You may submit your request, written in Turkish, regarding the exercising of your rights defined above, combined with proof of your identity, either in person to OPLOG as the data controller at the address of Cyberpark Tepe Binası, Kat: 1 No: 4 Bilkent Çankaya – Ankara – Türkiye, or through a notary public, or in the form of a registered email to info@oplog.com.tr or using other methods specified by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

OPLOG reserves its right to verify your identity before answering your request.

Your application must include;

  1. Your full name and signature if the application is in printed form,
  2. ID number of the Republic of Turkey for Turkish citizens, nationality, passport number or ID number for foreigners,
  3. Notification address of your residence or workplace,
  4. Notification electronic mail address, if any, telephone and fax number, 5. The subject of your request, and any relevant information and documents must be enclosed with the application.

9) How can I be informed about the legislative amendments concerning personal data?

 

The rights you possess under PDPL are the obligations of OPLOG.
